Focus on something you care about. I narrowed down the choices for my second startup, based on analytical research, to two options. When I discussed them with my wife, she immediately said without blinking “definitely the health app one.” She deferred to my judgement on the relative business merits of each idea, but she was 100% certain I would be much more passionate about dedicating my energy on that topic. No doubt this was the right call!
